How to Trade Stock CFDs at HTFX?

When trading an individual stock CFD, the relevant company may undertake corporate actions, such as distributing cash dividends. In such cases, HTFX will make corresponding adjustments to the client’s account and take the following two actions:

  • For clients holding long positions in a single stock CFD, they will receive a positive cash amount corresponding to the dividend payment on the ex-dividend date. The funds will be credited to the client’s trading account based on the number of contracts held and the ratio of the underlying security paying the dividend.
  • For clients holding short positions in a single stock CFD, they will receive a cash amount corresponding to the dividend payment on the ex-dividend date. The funds will be debited from the client’s trading account based on the number of contracts held and the ratio of the underlying security paying the dividend.

Standard accounts provide spreads starting from 1.5 pips, with no commission.

ECN accounts have spreads starting from 0.0 pips, with a commission of $7 per lot.

Currently, we do not provide quote data because MT4 cannot store all quotes, making the quote data inaccurate. The server has an option to store tick quote data, but we do not use it because it cannot store 100% of the quotes. Additionally, unfiltered quotes can significantly slow down the server due to the large amount of data.
